plate / set up charge:

All custom orders will incur a one-time plate charge.  The fee will vary by custom project and will be quoted upon request.

lead time:

Lead time for production is 8 weeks upon approval of production sample. Please note lead time may be longer during the holiday season.

TEMPLATES:

Provided upon request.  Please email  for the specific box template.  Customers are required to lay out their own artwork on the provided templates.  

PROOFS:

Upon layout approval, a digital or pre-production proof will be provided for customer approval.  Please note changes made to the proof may incur additional fees.

artwork guidelines:

We require print-ready artwork (minimum 300 dpi) or vector art in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format.  Artwork must be submitted with fonts converted to outlines and linked files embedded.  Logos for foil stamping must be supplied as Black & White vector art in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format.  We cannot accept low-res files (less than 300 dpi).  Art that is not to these specifications will delay the order.

Acceptable file types are:  .psd, .jpg, .ai, .eps, .pdf

freight charges:

Customer to pay freight for custom orders.  F.O.B. St. Louis, MO 63146.

payment:

We require a 50% deposit for all custom box  orders.  This is payable upon approval of artwork.  The balance is due upon shipment of your order.  Please email for additional questions.
