Shipping Information
Approved orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS or FedEx, F.O.B. St. Louis, MO 63146. We ship within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped to HI and AK are shiped via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service. We do offer UPS and FedEx air shipments. Approved orders processed during the holiday peak season will ship within 72 hours. Please allow 72 hours for all truck shipments. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the following day. The customer is responsible for all freight handling and handling charges.
Claims
All merchandise is inspected before shipping. BoxCo is responsible for all manufacturing defects. Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed by the purchaser with the carrier.
Product Returns
All claims must be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of goods and returns will not be accepted without an authorized BoxCo Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be in its original condition and shipping cartons. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and no credit will be issued until the product has been returned to BoxCo. Buyer is responsible for all return freight charges when products are not defective.

Minimum Order
BoxCo requires all orders to meet a minimum of $50.00. Any order below the $50.00 minimum will be charged a $5.00 service fee.
