Order Information:
BoxCo requires all orders meet a minimum of $50.00. Any order below the minimum will be subject to a $5.00 service fee. Approved orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS or FedEx. Approved orders processed during the holiday peak season will ship within 72 hours. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day. The customer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. Please allow 72 hours for all truck shipments.

Payment Information:
All first time orders are prepaid via credit card. Payments can be made with MasterCard, Visa or American Express and requires the card number, name and/or company imprinted on the card, expiration date and billing address. Our terms for pre-approced credit orders is Net 30 days. Credit requires submitting and approval of banking information and three (3) credit references. Credit approval processing time is 1 - 2 weeks. A 1% finance charge per month will be added if payment is not received in accordance with the stated terms of the invoice.

Ordering Online:
In order to shop online, you must first create an account with a username and password. We will ask you to provide us with your company and contact info. It is here where you will also set up your username and password. Your username will be your current e-mail address. If you already created an online account with us please log in at the login page. If the systems detects that you already have an account, you will be notified to ensure you don't duplicate accounts. Don't worry if you've forgotten your password. Simply click on the Password Forgotten. Click Here link. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you a new password.
